Advertising and Strategic Marketing Department used to be Advertising Department. Advertising Department was established at 1999.Our aim is to cultivate talents for cross-border tactical thinking ability on advertising and strategic marketing. Our goals are reaching outstanding education, training professional talents for advertising and strategic marketing and bring up students’ international horizon.
To cultivate superior talents for advertising and strategic marketing, the core of our curriculum is advertising and there are five extensions which are marketing, public relations, media, creativity and consumer insight. We emphasize both theoretical and practical education. We emphasize the concept of learning while doing. We hope that theory can be used at practices.Moreover, we will hold lectures of special topics, double teachers lecture, seminars and we will lead students attend different kinds of competition. We offer students diverse study opportunities and environment.
Our development direction is cultivating talents for cross-border tactical thinking ability on advertising and strategic marketing.We want to bring up students’ superiority of career competition through new trend advertising courses. Students may cooperate with Taiwan well-known advertising, public relation and marketing companies.Through these opportunities, students may fulfill theoretical learning and strengthen professional skills. Our graduate students have many opportunities and choices. They choose to develop in advertising, marketing, public relations, market research, and digital media…etc. areas. We have full course design, fine teachers and abundant resources and equipment. We believe our students will receive full training in four years.
Advertising Department renamed to Advertising and Strategic Marketing Department in 2015 to fit in with world trend, build the department’s brand awareness and create special superiority of competition.
